If you purchase an Intensive, you will spend a significant amount of time with Mike. You will share your life story and details about the journey that got you to where you are today. These introspective specifics are sacred and sensitive, but leadership and our effectiveness in life comes out of the who we are on the inside.

“We need to get to the heart of who a person is because that is where they shine,” Mike says. “It’s where their service comes from.”

Each of the Intensive sessions last about three hours and includes a variety of tools from listening to dreaming to uncovering past pain. An Intensive includes one session per month for six months.
