  • What mattered? (What actually moved the needle?)
  • Evidence? (How do we know?)
  • Next experiment? (What will we try differently next time?)

 

Drop these three bullets into a shared log at the end of every milestone. Do this consistently and your team doesn’t just finish work—they compound learning.
